ARCHBISHOP AMAGA TO GRACE SALEM UNIVERSITY CONVOCATION
Chancellor of Salem University Lokoja, Archbishop Sam AMAGA has declared an intention to attend the 7th convocation of the Institution.
His presence underscores the significance of the event and the institution’s continued commitment to academic excellence and leadership development.
The Vice Chancellor of the university, Professor Johnson Alewo Akuboh, confirmed this in Lokoja, on Sunday.
The Vice Chancellor has also officially announced the commencement of the activities proceeding the event, scheduled to take place on 21 November.
As part of the pre-convocation activities, a press briefing, he said will be held on Tuesday, 18th November, at the Senate Building, where further details regarding the convocation will be shared with the media and the public.
Professor Akuboh further urged all students to maintain the “highest level of moral conduct and discipline” during the ceremony, as the university prepares to welcome distinguished guests, alumni, and stakeholders.
